The Art of Walking at Yerba Buena Gardens

Weekly sessions of the Art of Walking can be found at the Yerba Buena Gardens every Saturday at 1pm. Join Bob Marsh and Andre Custodio for a session, weather permitting. The Art of Walking is an easy to learn and practice of walking patterns based on traditional Qi Gong and contemporary movement practices. Cal Bob at 510-932-9268 for more information.
